Abstract: 
The author studies the problem of the impact everyday culture has on the processes of the german ethnocultural consciousness that has evolved in the XIX–XXI st centuries. The research of the everyday life phenomenon understood as individual's real existence in the world supplies the linguists with the additional information about the formation, functioning and evolution of concepts in our mind.
