We concentrate on the possible ways of meeting the integration challenge facing cognitive science. A general framework that unites all the disciplines of the cognitive circle is analyzed from the point of view of different methods and theories, among them the methods of multi-level analysis of cognitive systems by David Marr, the models of mental architecture and the theory of dynamic systems. Special emphases are laid on the role of cognitive linguistics as a systematizing element in cognitive sciences.
