MULTIMODAL CREATIVITY IN FIRST GENERATION AMERICAN INTERNET DEMOTIVATORS

Abstract:  The article aims to consider the features of the manifestation of multimodal creativity in the first Internet demotivators in English. The analysis showed that in the demotivators which have a number of characteristic features cognitive mechanisms of (de)focusing, information compression and conceptual integration operate simultaneously.
