Abstract
Observations on the variation of the ways of semantic, formal and functional organization of texts of different types in different cultures also indicates the expansion and subtle differentiation of the functional potential of various culturally significant phenomena. Therefore, the article focuses on the reasons for the expansion of the functionality of these secondary nominative means and, above all, the ratio of their cognitive and nominative abilities, which determine their contribution to the structuring of the information flow
