Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of GOOD and EVIL in the Tuvan folk tales. This conceptual dichotomy is formative for fairytale discourse. The concepts of GOOD and EVIL in the Tuvan folk tales have national specifics, they reflect the nomadic culture and type of economy.
