Intertextual References in University Novels

Abstract: 
Some specific features of university discourse, namely the genre peculiarities of the novel “The Secret History” by Donna Tartt are considered. At this stage of our research we analyze such intertextual references as allusion and citation, which perform certain functions in the process of interpreting a literary text.
