RACISM AS ONE OF THE BASIC CONCEPTS OF HIP-HOP DISCOURSE

Abstract: 
The text analyzes the concept of racism in the discourse of hip-hop culture. A theoretical material on the basic concept is given. The author presents the main reasons for defining this concept as a basic one and conceptual meanings based on the theme of racism in hip-hop. In addition, the main linguistic means of representing the analyzed concept in hip-hop discourse are identified.
