Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the issue of conceptualization from the perspective of the neurophysiological aspect. We consider neurophysiological studies as the evidence base for the linguistic fundamental law for the dualization of a language sign, with a subsequent linguo-cognitive analysis of such phenomena as concept, scene and frame.
