GREY COLOUR: CATEGORIZATION AND VERBALIZATION IN RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH FAIRY TALE DISCOURSE

Abstract:  The article deals with singling out isomorphic and allomorphic features of grey colour designated in Russian and English fairy tale discourse. Designation of grey colour through a limited usage in both languages reveals its blend of white and black. This colour is treated as a peripheral one.
