Abstract:  The study of place names has been in the focus of many scientists in recent decades, however, with all the variety of researches, many questions are not fully studied. From the point of view of the structure, toponymic concept is a mental formation which contains the full potential of geographical names, the invariant of the meanings of the word-formation, various associative increments due to the socio-cultural and linguistic-cultural background.
