Secondary Evaluation as a linguistic category

Abstract: 
The article is devoted to the analysis of the main object of evaluative linguistics - the modus category of estimation. The methodological basis of secondary evaluation as a precedent axiological entity - categorically significant sign value is considered on the example of the definite cluster that belongs to the phraseological system of the German language.
