Abstract
Communicating emerging senses of linguistic expressions people both transfer their cognitions and enlarge their pools of beliefs. Cognitive theories of communication revise existing approaches to expressibility and inexpressibility phenomena in the framework of empirical pragmatic research. The main task of pragmatics consists in explaining indirectness taking into account linguistic and extra-linguistic environments of communicative behavior.
