On symbolic units belonging to the anthroPOmorphic code of Russian culture (materials for the dictionary project)

Abstract: 
The study presents the symbolic meanings of nine anthropomorphic images of Russian culture identified on the basis of the plethora of Russian paroemias: beard, belly, throat, chest, tooth, bone, blood, forehead, leg . By methods of observation and analysis the main symbolization vectors of the named cultural images and the functional areas of their use are determined.
