Abstract: The authors discuss the ways of cognitive realization of social-cultural model “Edith Piaf” in discourse. Although formally the model can manifest as sample, image, stereotype and symbol, in fact it develops national-specific semantics in different languages. Examples from French, German and Russian languages are analyzed.
